– Select the length of time (months) from the tabs at the bottom. Use the left and right arrows to find the number of months you need.
– Only enter numbers in the yellow fields at the top of the pages.
– If you want to send the data to a client, click on the grey corner at the top of the sheet to select all. Press CTRL+C to copy the data. Paste into an Excel spreadsheet on your computer.
– If you need an amortization table for a different period of time than what is available in the tabs at the bottom, select the tab that is the next-highest number. then, adjust the duration in the yellow field at the top of the page. Example: Table needed for a 210 month period. Select the 240 month page and enter “210” in the yellow “Term” field at the top of the sheet.
